At Trendwear Apparel, we are dedicated to delivering premium clothing and a seamless shopping experience. While each item is crafted with utmost care, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This Refund Policy clarifies how to request cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at [email protected].
- If your request is received within this 12-hour window, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
- After 12 hours, orders proceed directly into fulfillment/production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Exchanges
Because our products are prepared promptly upon order confirmation, we cannot process direct exchanges for:
- Size alterations
- Design or color changes
- Quantity adjustments
👉 If an error was made during ordering, please cancel within 12 hours and place a new order. For fit and sizing assistance, our support team is available to help.
Returns (Within 30 Days)
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must remain in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.
✅ Eligible for Return:
- Items arriving damaged or defective
- Incorrectly shipped items (wrong size, color, or design)
- Items materially different from the product description
🚫 Not Eligible for Return:
- Items worn, washed, stained, or altered
- Items missing original tags or packaging
- Final sale, clearance, or customized apparel
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not impact functionality
- Damage resulting from misuse or mishandling after delivery
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number and proof of purchase
- A concise description of the issue
- Clear photo or video evidence of the defect or error
- Shipping label or packaging receipt (if applicable)
⚠️ Please await confirmation and return instructions before sending any merchandise back. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method (PayPal) within 10 business days following our receipt and inspection of the returned package.
- You will receive an automated email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Depending on PayPal processing times, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for funds to reflect in your balance.
Policy Deadlines
- Cancellations: Within 12 hours of purchase confirmation.
- Returns/Refunds: Within 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted beyond these timeframes will not be accepted.
